Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is not a part of our non-returnable items list (see below).
You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used skincare or healthcare products
Sachets, supplements, or consumables
Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
Return Policy
Email us at support@orhealthnexus.com within 7 days of receiving your order or message us on Whatsapp.
Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and we receive the product in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
